Our stay at The Bay Hotel & Suites was absolutely magical! The location is perfect—right on the beach, with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh, delicious options. Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Zakynthos!

My stay was exceptional !!! The staff and the general manager are so kind and ready to help you with anything just to make your stay great. They make me feel at home. Food is great!! You have to try their burger and the drinks. Friday evening was greek night and everyoane from the greek staff and the general manager and his wife were dancing!! Room was good size with air condition and a Jacuzzi on my terace!! I was thrilled!!!! The bed was okay, nontlheless I slept good but I think they need to improve a bit that. I love the stay because has a good pozitive energy where you can relax and recover. I will definitely go back. I would like with this ocasion to thank to all the staff that made my stay so agrreble considering the fact I was a solo traveler. Paracalo!

The location is great: - near a store with everything you need, - near restaurants (Greek Tavernas, cocktail bars), - near Rental Office (where we rented ATV, you can also rent a car), - near the beach (only a few minutes walk maybe 7-10 minutes from Kalamakai beach) - near Tourists Excursions Office (where we got our daily trips from, boat trips, and all) - near airport (only maybe 10 minutes drive, maybe 5 km or so) So if you consider everything from above, the hotel has the best location. More than that, it was great, 4 stars, big rooms, more like apartaments, great service, great breakfast, nice pool. I would definetely come back.

    The hotel is located in a nice bay, lots of sunbeds, great pool area with restaurants and bars. Breakfast is nice, service staff always with the open eye. We did not have dinner there because we found nice typical greek restaurants nearby. This was number two of three different hotels we tried during our 10-days-stay on the island, we booked it for some relaxing hours on the beach and therefore it was perfect.

    The hotel location is impressive, with private access to the sandy beach, simply perfect for some days of pure relaxation.  The staff is very kind and helpful, Our room was excellent, very spacious and modern. The food by the pool was of great quality and we really enjoyed the greek menu.  We will be back.

    Great beachfront hotel in Zakynthos. Stayed for a week with my family and totally enjoyed it. Its private beach and swimming pool can keep you entertained all day long. Our suite was very spacious, modern and quite with an amazing sea view. The staff were always polite, friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zakynthos who wants to relax.
