Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was large with a fridge and even cofffe capsules. The golf course was well maintained and the play was excellent.

I stayed in Zena hotel two times, first with my husband and second - with my mom and sister. Every time everything was exceptional! We loved everything, rooms are big and clean, spa is amazing and breakfast is tasty. The comfort we had is the best we ever experienced in this price category. Amazing!

Appartment was clean and air conditioned, enough space, outdoor pool water was warm and cleaned every day. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He gifted us also cold water and watermelon, also sweets for the kid. He brought new fresh towels after few days and he also helped us fix problems with our wifi on the same day. Great service, we had nice stay. 10/10

We enjoyed the proximity to the Heviz lake; also Elizabeth is a sweetheart, she speaks perfect German and English; she helped us and explained on the map how to get to the city center and to the lake; we also decided to drive 16km to Balaton lake and she was very supportive pointing us the best sand beach on the Balaton lake area. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the fact that AC was functional, was a blessing for us! The bathroom is big and it has a sink and a bath tube. The toilet is in a separate room, and there is also another little sink. Everything was great and we recommend it!
