Location was great, out of a lot of hustle and bustle, very quiet at night. There are quite a lto of local services within walking distance so if you need convenience stores or a laundry then it's all close by. The comfort and cleanliness of the villa was absolutely spot on. Cleaners were great, they came everyday but were unobrusive, if we were at home then they were very fast at doing a quick clean and leaving us alone. Mostly we picked a time when we were out and about so this was perfect. Facilities were perfect, nice lounges and day beds. Kitchen was well equipped and a very good supply of bottled water meant that we didn't have to carry that back ourselves so that was a great convienience. We had no communication with the owners from the time we checked in until the time we checked out so we were left totally alone to enjoy our stay. We had their Whatsapp number if we needed anything but it was so nice to be left to relax. It felt like a home not a hotel.

Villa was spacious, extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were assisting us with any request. Breakfast was delicious and served directly to your villa. They arranged beautiful flower settings upon our arrival and rose petals bath and some complementary fruits. Highly recommended for your stay.

It was a pleasure stay. Apartments big enough and have everything necessary for comfortable stay. Location is very convenient if you planing to discover Bali island. So I would recommend for long stay. Staff is super nice and friendly!

First time to Bali, and Seminyak was our location. Out of the 100's of hotels, we chose Kayumas 4 star resort. No, it's not a beach front, no, it's not that 5 star, but it's literally 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The love and attention to detail from the front of house is exceptional, they remember your name from the beginning, treat you with respect and always always polite and smiling. The staff all enjoy life, which made our stay more than being on a resort on the beach/5 star. Food was just incredible, so hats off for the kitchen. Any alligies or don't like they handled it for you. The pool is great, always in the sun..most of the day till sunset time. Pool Bar too which is a bonus. The pool has a very shallow attached to the main pool. Shallow is warmer! It is constantly cleaned every morning and maintained. Front desk is 24hrs, and is most helpful. You get a free shuttle into the shopping district till 5pm. Airport service too, which is extra charge, but it's a good service. In the 4 star too is massage and spa, and boy it's excellent. The girls are local and trained and very well priced. The room we had was delux with a private pool which was good to have. The room when you needed it cleaned, was no trouble at all.
