The staff was wonderful. They did everything to make us feel welcome and informed. I was surprised by their attention and dedication to us. The rooms and breakfast were great. We visited the Spa for a wonderful and affordable Bali massage. Unfortunately, we spent only 2 nights there and did not use the pool. The place is quite and well maintained.

The whole experience from our arrival to our departure was unbelievable. The facilities and the staff were top notch, I couldn't recommend it more! The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, but it is intimate and tucked away enough that it didn't feel busy. The food is world-class, and the friendliness of the staff was incomparable to anything I've ever experienced, smiles, care and attention to detail at every turn. Crew was super nice and helpful. Location is good. Best hotel you can find in Bali. Team help me a lot. I was belly Bali in that duration and they take care of me super nice.Room are very clean they clean every day.
