We were so lucky to get an upgrade to Avery beautiful room. Very striking historic hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The personell was helpful and very attentive. Playing the piano in the restaurant was great.

This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed. The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.

Novotel SAMATOR was a beautiful property along with its conventional location which can be accessed very easily. The property was good, the staffs were very helpful and the cleanliness was awesome. Overall a good stay. I would recommend the stay to all the travellers.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.
