We appreciate that the hotel gave us connecting rooms as we requested. The room was clean, water was hot, the bed was exceptional. We didn't expect that the room view is the airport terminal, very interesting. Breakfast was OK with variety of main dish, side dish, fruits and drinks. They provide breakfast in sahoor time, which was helpful for Muslim during Ramadhan.

We stayed for 1 night only as we had some family matters in Jakarta, hence we chose a stay near the airport and this hotel is about 20 minutes or lesser drive ( depending on traffic) from/to the airport. Before I arrived in Jakarta, the hotel had been sending few messages regarding the shuttle pick-up from the airport to hotel. At first, I felt a bit annoyed, but then I realised that they were ensuring my arrival at the airport up to the hotel will be seamless. Yes indeed, as this was my first trip to Jakarta, finding the meeting point after the arrival hall was chaotic but thanks to Pak Arif, whom have my phone number, swiftly after that we were on board the comfortable shuttle van. Let me first give my review on the hotel facilities. The hotel room was clean with new modern features/fixtures and everything in working order. The TV came with many channels and all in HD! There were 2 lifts going to our 7th floor and it is super fast. The breakfast was marvellous especially the several Indonesian 'sambal' eg sambal merah, hijau and colok. If you're on short stay, you will get to taste some of Indonesian cuisine just through the breakfast. At what I like most was the Indonesian hospitality of the hotel staff, superb. For example, when I went into the room, I realised that I'd forgotten to bring my power socket adapter. I called the reception if they could provide an adapter and within 3 minutes, a gentleman was at my door with the adapter.
