What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. We went over to Ireland for a family trip for just under a week and this was our absolutely favourite stay. Everything was perfect - the room, the facilities, the kitchenette (that permitted us to have breakfast inside). We could walk right across the street into the magnificent National Park and walk for hours (and had we wanted to, we could have borrowed the bikes as well). It was simply perfect!

With splendid views of lakes and mountains, our hotel is situated in its own parklands with a lakeside setting, 2 km away from Killarney town. The property offers free parking and free WiFi.
