Good location, few hundred meters from the nice beach. Cosy sea view room, by the way l was upgraded to the better room for free. Friendly staff, regardst to Sofy. The best breakfast l have had in 20 years. Very good value for the money paied

Probably the best service and experience. The hotel is new and the rates were very reasonable. You get way more than what you pay for. Rooms, albeit a bit small, were modern, clean and beautiful. Victor and Karin provided the best service we've ever experienced. They couldn't have done more for us. So appreciate all the staff and how they looked after us. Will definitely be back.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet on the weekends! I loved the classes: powerboost, HIT, and Pilates, which were part of my everyday routine. It is nice that they are offered to the guests. The pool area is gorgeous, and the vibe is super cool. The staff is lovely! The hotel decor is gorgeous, modern and uber cool!

Huge rooms with an outstanding interior design. All was clean and service was wonderful. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel's Cafe, including fresh baked pastry. In addition, Bar 51 restaurant is just at the entrance floor, which is a must visit.

The Vera certainly deserves its no 1 status on TripAdvisor. It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed with lovely little touches, like all-day snacks and coffee and a wine tasting station! There was also access to a gym, rooftop bar, and cultural activities. It is located on a gorgeous street right near Nve Tsedek, with loads of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would highly recommend and certainly will stay again!

The customer service was top notch, from leading us to the room, fixing little mistakes in the room, calling us half way our stay to ask if all is ok, absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, we were on the fifth floor with a sea and town view, comfy bed, big screen, free mini bar with cookies, all the little details were there, the shampoo etc. Was high quality, we had a bath and shower which was a delight! We had an awesome couple massage, the spa is beautiful with drinks and cookies, The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfast was in abundance and delicious, the location is awesome with the beach right there and the old city yaffo next to us, 5 min walk to the light rail train, 2 min away from nevei tzedek neighborhood, parking in the hotel although it probably is fully packed when the hotel is full
