The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Artiste Hotel in Kochi! The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect — we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backwaters. It was so convenient having the PVR cinema and Forum Mall right next door — we watched a movie every evening and enjoyed shopping and great food. The dishes at both Meen and Artiste Restaurant were delicious, and even the food court in the mall was great for a quick bite. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi!

This is probably the best place I've been. It is a real gem, it is an real antique museum. The owner explained that he dedicated his life to this hotel and you can see this in the finest details around. Also he is great person whom you can address with all your questions. Staff is on a highest level. Restaurant is one of the best in the town. Area is very cozy and communicative. I do hope to return there for another great experience!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, an Oasis. Beautiful, authentic rooms filled with charm and comfort. Breakfast is a choice from menu, rich and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and generous- we had a late night flight and they offered us a late checkout based on their possibility without us even asking and an option to open the spa for shower before we leave for the airport! We has a fantastic experience
