Spa Hotels in Kevadia

The location, the staff and the ambience of the hotel were excellent. In particular Shanu, Sanjay and Priya were outstanding. My wife was feeling unwell so Shanu organised for Sanjay to take us (by car) to see a really good doctor and brought us back to the hotel. The doctor was quickly able to diagnose the issue and prescribe a very effective course of treatment. There was an issue with a leaking sink in the bathroom (more details below) - but the maintenance staff were able to liaise with the management and we were moved to another room within a matter of minutes. Exceptional service. We were due to check out before breakfast service began so a packed breakfast was organised and this was provided to us on leaving the hotel.
