The vibe when you stepped in, the service team from the doorman to reception to the team in the restaurants to housekeeping and the ground staff. Everyone was always with a smile. Great breakfast too! The pool was a bonus after a hot day of exploring the city.

I loved the big rooms and ammenities. The staff were super helpful, Ayesha and Shantanu from the helpdesk, our drivers Prince en Tajamul were exceptional. They knew a lot about the history, things to do or see or to eat and they provided us with a lot of tips and knowledge. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well with the staff receiving you warmly, in the morning there is a flutist playing as you get your breakfast and in the evening you can lounge by the pool. It is close enough to everything in Lucknow but also a bit secluded so you can get the rest you need after a long day.

Brakefast and dinner was excellent . Gym and swimming pool was good. .The ambiance of the terrace with small lounge bar and seating area with city view is classy. The staff is very cooperative. I will definitely came here if ever I travel to luknow. I would say that the mattress was more comfortable .

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways! It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters. Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel

The cleaning & hygiene was very poor, Interior was just okay but finishing of it was bad. The room cleaning team was trying to do good but they were not professional so it was poor. I must say to hotel authorities please do pay attention to your working team otherwise it will difficult for the guests as well as for owners. Overall unfortunately it was a disappointed stay !!!
