breakfast was good and tasty. Hotel staff was helpful always from front office, restaurant and inhouse staff. They were helping in taking printouts etc. restaurant staff was very good and helpful and never forget their treat at the last moment.

We had a wonderful stay and experience in the hotel Saraca Lucknow (Lebua until 31st of December). This heritage property holds a great history as it used to be the house of Nawabs. We were immediately transported back in time and could really feel the spirit of Lucknow. The room was nice, clean and the bed was really soft and comfortable. But what made our experience truly unique was the hotel staff; everyone was smiling, friendly, polite and very helpful. At the reception, both Abdulla and Gulafsha made sure we had a smooth check in and check out, they replied to all our queries and even gave us some recommendations about the city. Last but not least, the food and the Azrak restaurant staff. We booked last minute a table for New Years. The live music was great and we were gifted with New Year Eve accessories. Thumbs up for the whole organization. The buffet was delicious and we had the pleasure to meet the Chef Manish who took time for us. His hospitality and care were very much appreciated, the food was outstanding, excellent, and we can not thank him enough for his time and kindness. At the service, special thanks to Arman and Pramod who took very good care of us during the whole evening at the next day during breakfast. To sum up our experience, this property and its amazing restaurants really is a hidden gem in Lucknow, and shines especially thanks to its wonderful staff and history. It is still a bit underrated so we can only recommend our fellow travelers to visit this place

I loved the big rooms and ammenities. The staff were super helpful, Ayesha and Shantanu from the helpdesk, our drivers Prince en Tajamul were exceptional. They knew a lot about the history, things to do or see or to eat and they provided us with a lot of tips and knowledge. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well with the staff receiving you warmly, in the morning there is a flutist playing as you get your breakfast and in the evening you can lounge by the pool. It is close enough to everything in Lucknow but also a bit secluded so you can get the rest you need after a long day.

A very nice hotel just a 5 min ride from the trainstation. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffé was very good, they even make you fresh omelett. You will find the metro just a 2 min walk from the Hotell.

The cleaning & hygiene was very poor, Interior was just okay but finishing of it was bad. The room cleaning team was trying to do good but they were not professional so it was poor. I must say to hotel authorities please do pay attention to your working team otherwise it will difficult for the guests as well as for owners. Overall unfortunately it was a disappointed stay !!!
