From the moment I reached out, Neetu took care of every detail with such warmth and dedication. She not only arranged a stunning bouquet but also went the extra mile by adding a beautifully handwritten card with a heartfelt message. Her creativity and personal touch turned a simple request into a deeply meaningful gesture. Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special. To top it all off, Neetu upgraded them to a complimentary high-category room, an unexpected and generous gesture that reflects the hotel’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
