Excellent customer service from all hotel departments. At the restaurant, the buffet options and variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing and the taste was awesome. It had a good mix of Kerala, Indian and Western cuisine

A lovely peaceful place to stay if you are looking for complete relaxation. We had a lovely big room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Beautifully kept gardens. There were several types of rooms within the property, villas , studios and pool villas. Huge property. Beautiful lake views. Lovely pool.

What not to like about this resort? The accommodation is simple, clean, comfortable and spacious. I stayed in two different rooms as originally i booked for 5 days but then fell in love with the place and decided to stay 10 more days. One bedroom with a French bed (ideal for one person), then in a double room. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect as just at perfect walking distance from the busy North Cliff/Varkala beach on one side and 20 mins walk from Kapil beach for long relaxing walks. Excellent value for money. Excellent food offer too for bfast, lunch and dinner.
