The location is based on a posh area of Basra. The building is very modern and clean. The room was incredible like a one bedroom flat with a separate bedroom to the lounge with 2 bathrooms. The finish was of a very high standards. Whoever designed it had paid attention to details. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was plenty with excellent variety of choices including made to order coffee. I am very pleased that I booked here instead of the Sheraton.

    As a solo traveller the hotel gives me sense to f security. The staff were friendly and helpful. Miss Naof at the reception counter was amazingly perfect and fast. The room was big and the space was super enough for me as a solo traveller. The room view was southing and pretty face to garden. The hotel is highly recommend. Any way I'm grand millennium customer even in other countries 🙏🏻👍🏻

    I had a wonderful time at this hotel, everyone was so nice and helpful. Ahmed Aljanabi at the front desk was amazing, he helped me with everything I needed. The room service was fast and efficient, the Spa and Gym team were awesome, and the security was top-notch. I really appreciate your great hospitality. Ali Muftin
