I dearly thank the staff of the reception for their warmness and flexibility. From the moment I C/I to the moment I C/O, I was truly taken care off, even came in midway a meeting I had downstairs to just let them know I was "still there"... their smiles were legitimate! Very nice and safe surroundings, spotless clean, nice interior design, comfortable bed, optional huge private jacuzzi (required 100 Euros extra payment) was a plus, air-conditions included, 20 minutes plus walking distance to the old town centre which we enjoyed the walk every day, convenient 10 minutes walk to the supermarket ( Eurospin), attentive manager, friendly and efficient onsite service, organised airport pickup service (free onsite parking that we didn’t use).

The hotel's location is excellent if you need to get to the airport quickly. It's literally a 3-minute ride on the FREE hotel shuttle. The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and it definitely wasn't check-in time yet, but we waited about 40 minutes and our room was ready. The receptionists didn't have to but they helped us check in quickly and efficiently and set off to explore the city as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kindness! The next day, the reception staff were also very friendly and printed out our boarding passes. Thank you again! The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and we definitely recommend this hotel!
