Excellent customer care: reception staff were welcoming, friendly and provided great recommendations to help us plan on our stay. We’re also very responsive and attentive. Location is on the main lake-side street of Bellagio. Very charming and nice architecture. Rooms are clean and air conditioned and with good wifi. Didn’t use the spa so can’t opine on that. Everything I did use / experience was 10/10.

the best service I have ever tried. The staff went out of their way to service us. And they were so approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and a treat. it was quit yet close to downtown. great views.

Excellent hotel up in the hills of Varenna, very peaceful and I can imagine it's an Ideal location in the busy months away from the main town. Rita was the perfect hostess, very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was perfect and a great size, would highly recommend. My friend and I only stayed one night so feel that we couldn't appreciate it as much as we would have liked! It's a steep climb up cobbles to the top but we enjoy a challenge! Just be careful as very slippery in the wet! Rita kindly offered for us to be picked up from the station or you can get a taxi 😊 Also a short walk up to the castle which is well worth a visit for the history and stunning views

Really nice staff who went the extra mile, the small room with the big window had an amazing view (I guess the smallest one has the best view). Really close to many beautiful hiking tracks. Pretty easy to walk up the hill from the train station also with luggage (less than 3 kilometres to both Mandello del Lario and Olcio, tickets best to buy online). Hot water in the shower. Breakfast okay. Restaurant 50 meters from hotel. Grocery store less than 2 kilometers. A/C in the room > not cold!!
