Excellent staff - professional, responsive with questions before arrival. Friendly and welcoming on arrival…. Assisted with local directions and information. Beautifully presented reception. Easy onsite parking. Lift accessible. Room was also very well presented, high ceilings, spacious, large bathroom. Great breakfast, buffet and chef on site. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and crockery. Soundproofed room, large windows, electronic and secure access. Good location. We both loved the property and our stay .

The apartment comes equipped with everything + cleaning supplies in case you'd need them. The location is great as well, having all kinds of shops and restaurants in a very short walking distance. Another bonus would be the adjustable heating during winter, which is not that common in italian accommodations. As for the host, we only met her during the initial check-in, and she was very kind in leaving us a full list of recommendations. ❤️

Large apartment in a fantastic central location. Very quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the balcony with a nice local wine at night was a delight. Airconditioned inside for comfort. No issues with stairs. Enjoyed our stay!

Our experience at Magic Place Bergamo was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Giulia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communicating with her was a real joy - she was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment itself is simply fantastic. Located in a great area, it offers both convenience and charm. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. What really stood out is how functional the place is (something that often gets overlooked in well-designed spaces). Here, beauty and practicality go hand in hand. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. After long days of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding Lombardy region, coming back to the apartment felt like returning home. Both the living area with the kitchen and the bedroom are air-conditioned, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to coffee and tea supplies. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail - even laundry detergent and fabric softener were available! It's clear that Giulia has thought of everything to make guests feel completely at ease. Normally, I’m quite generous with my reviews and willing to overlook minor flaws - but in this case, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If the rating scale allowed it, I would gladly give a score of 100 out of 10! The property was exceptional. Very clean and beautifully styled with all the amenities required. Staff were fantastic and check in/out was smooth. Location perfect, walking distance to train station.

we came for a jethro Tull concert. Hotel Staff were very helpful. The room we choose did not have a view but was well equipped with a mini bar and a large bathroom. Secured parking was a plus and the buffet breakfast offered good choices.

I enjoyed most aspects of my stay. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best I have ever used. The towels were of high quality and very nice. The foot slipper was comfortable and nice. The bathroom was nice and amazing. The room furniture was good and so clean. The drinking water provided daily in the room are of very high quality and are amazing. The design and decoration of the hotel, starting from the entrance and looping around, are beautiful and well-designed. Thank you for everything.
