Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us . The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The best location on the island, the view is stunning. The hospitality is 5 stars, both the reception staff and the bar and restaurant staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the food and cocktails are impeccable.
