The place was really beautiful! Perfect for a weekend getaway to relax! The place is very close to the main square. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The owner was super helpful, kind and always available! Bonus: Loved that the sauna had also the option to listen to the radio. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Location perfect to wander gentle 10-15 minute walk into the historical centre of Ostuni. Free, safe, secluded parking adjacent to property at end of the street where the property is situated at a dead-end turning square with an enclosing surrounding wall. Had no concerns at all about leaving hire car there. The property is in a quiet, residential street just off a main road with only vehicles of the various residents accessing the street. It is at the end of the street. Inside is the deceiving secret; from the outside it appears a fairly average property but Ana Maria has tastefully furnished the interior throughout with modern, elegant fixtures and fittings. The tiling and paintwork all appear brand new. The kitchen/dining area are modern, fully equipped and has everything needed for a self-catered stay. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfy double bed with lovely linen. The room is bright and tastefully tiled and decorated. There is a huge walk-in closet to hang clothes or fold items on shelves and has a full length mirror inside. Again, the spacious shower room is tastefully furnished in modern, bright fixtures and has a great roomy shower; beautiful towels and toiletries were provided. Usual teas and coffee cartridges were provided for the electric coffee make. The usual wrapped brekky pastries, cereals, jams and chocolate spread was provided but the real highlight was Ana Maria dropping by every morning at 8am with a large jar of fresh plain yoghurt to go with the cereals and a warm Puglia pasticciotto breakfast cream filled pastry cake fresh from the bakery...delicious! Electric shutters when closed keep the room cool and dark for sleeping or a pm riposo and there wasn't a sound from outside. Ana Maria's lovely mother-in-law tends to the outside border flower beds and was a typically warm Italian nonna for a wee chat with and she even tolerated my very poor Italian with a kind smile!

I loved my room at Palazzo AD 1892. The palazzo is so stylishly decorated and it's easy to see that great care has gone into it. There's even a secret door to a sweet eat in kitchen! The location is a few minutes work from the centre. The host, Dragana, met me at check in and showed me around. Before I left, she also showed me the terrace that belongs to another of the rooms. Stunning views over Ostuni! Dragana was a wonderful host and she deserves 10/10 for her beautiful Palazzo.

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful & clean accommodation, gorgeous pool area and some of the best food we had in Puglia. To top it all off, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Wonderful experience!

This "relais" is located in the countryside outside of Ostuni, a great view on the valley below and a haven of peace after sightseeing each day. We (2 couples) had adjoining rooms in a small building with a nice shared patio in front. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent: lots of choice of savoury and sweet things, plus a great variety of fresh fruit, and the option of asking for eggs, bacon, etc. The owner Antonio was friendly and very helpful. Because the weather was very windy, we didn't use the pool a lot but it's a lovely pool. It was an excellent base for visiting Ostuni and many nearby places , or further destinations such as Matera. We enjoyed trying restaurants in many small towns nearby (30-40 minute drive) in the evening. Secure parking inside the property.

Idyllic masseria with views across the valley. Large comfortable room with private garden terrace. Picturesque pool and terrace area shaded by ancient olive trees. Centrally located with a short drive to all the tourist sites in the Itria Valley and on the Adriatic. The pool barman and breakfast staff were very approachable and provided excellent service at all times. Breakfast included freshly baked cakes - deliziosa!! Special mention for Debora and Ada who helped us have a wonderful stay.

Very good location close to Ostuni, Alberobello, Brindisi, Monopoli etc. Great staff and ambiance/ garden. Facilities are also very good: swimming pool and restaurant (exquisite breakfast). Haven’t tried the spa.
