We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

The hotels location is slightly of the center. The apartment was excellent, clean, and has all the amenities. The terra's in the roof is breathtaking.

Great location. Spotlessly clean and fabulous staff. We had the room immediately above the entrance and it was great to watch the world go by but then, windows closed, and silence! Highly recommended.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff are very helpful and go far and beyond to help guests. The best part was they allowed us to leave our bags after checkout while we explored.

We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, with a perfect check in experience. The staff took note of my birthday during our stay and made it super special. The breakfast was also great, with the best cappucino we had in Italy. The entire staff was extremely nice, and a special thank you to our shuttle driver who drove us safely and timely, always with a huge smile on 🙏

we were disappointed to be housed in the Villa. rather than the main hotel, particularly because breakfast is an altogether more pleasant experience on the other side!
