A great family run hotel. All the staffmembers were always friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is furnished with some of the original furniture and has some interesting paintings, too. The garden is peaceful with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with local specialities. Incredibly good value.

Freshly new hotel. We got an upgrade for better room for free. Fee for dogs is 15 euro per night. Very good breakfast with fresh juices you can make yourself, hot meals, sweets and etc. Location is perfect, there are local restaurants, lakes and a big city in 20min driving. A big parking spot free of charge right in front of the hotel.

Just 200 metres from Lake Levico, Hotel Ambassador is surrounded by the natural beauty of the valley and Lagorai Mountains.

This hotel is one of the very best - among many - that we ever visited in Italy, within our budget. Everything is so nice. Pool area with many places to sit, whether you are for the sun or shadow. Pool was never cold. Outdoor spa was nice. View from the pool perfect, with mountains as well as the lake. Surroundings have 3-4 other hotels, restaurants and very nice beach area within few hundred meters. Supermarket and nice city with shops and more restaurants within one kilometer. You're never alone, but yet very quite area. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. A place to come back.

Monica and Marco are amazing hosts. We were travelling from the Dolomite mountains and were looking for a place to spend a night at and we were lucky that they accepted us. The location is very private, you have to drive up to a hill, so no one bothers you. There's a mountain stream which runs across their land creating a wonderful atmosphere. The whole area is surrounded by their gardens, trees and nature. Inside everything is set up in details, it's very cozy and built with quality materials and heart. Since we arrived late and very hungry, the hosts made a reservation on behalf of us at the restaurant down to the lake. The breakfast prepared by Monica was also very nice, with a variety of local cheeses and meats. I wish we could have stayed there for longer to enjoy everything and check the surrounding areas. We will definitely come back on day, thank you!
