Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course. Close to Venice. Small but clean and air conditioned camping houses with shower and toilet. Fridge in a standard house. But above all friendly and helpful personel and great pizza at the restaurant. Perfect if you don't want to overpay for stay in Venice. With a bus it's only 2 bus stops about 7 minutes. Two way ticket is 3e. Totally recommend.

We were on our family trip and we decided to visit Venice just for a day. We were traveling by car and the option of the free parking on site or the hotels own underground garage was super convenient. We decided to park at the underground garage which is 15 Euro per night which is in our opinion a fair price. Hotel is located outside of Mestre close to many shopping centers and what is more important just next to the bus station from which you can take a 24H bus line directly to Venice. The ride takes only 20 minutes and another great thing about the hotel is the fact that you can buy the bus tickets at the reception desk. And the reception desk staff is really kind and helpful, all of them, and in our case specifically the receptionist called Luca. Helped us a lot with all infos about the hotel, public transport, Venice and so on… Breakfast offer is enough for a short stay like ours, had everything we needed, dinner menu also just enough. Only thing we noticed are the room bathroom facilities which are clean but they need a refreshment. It didn’t bother us but is something to think about. Another great thing, especially for our little son was the interactive wall at the hotel entrance…had a lot of fun…all in all a great stay…we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Venice :)

Everything from the staff to the food , room and overall facilities was perfect. It was our last stop and it really made the trip even more memorable. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast catered for everyone and there was always sufficient food available. The spa was also quite a treat and the lady Maria was super helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful palace, decorated to perfection. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, 3 min walk to Rialto, but located in a quiet street. The breakfast was the standard Italian breakfast. Gluten free croissants and bread were available. We also had dinner once at the restaurant, which was really good. The staff is very attentive and polite. The drinks at the bar are amazing. We also heard good things about the spa, but didn’t have the chance to try it ourselves. Very pleased with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others. We were on our honeymoon and were given a complimentary prosecco, which was lovely of them!
