Its a furnished flat. The hotels are limited with the facilities. But this is a residential flat which had every thing. The owner had provided all food items which a normal hotel does not provide. It is very spacious. The lady is very kind and expressed best of hospitality treatment. To an extent that she dropped to the railway station.

The villa and surroundings are super pretty, the room was lovely and conveniently furnished, breakfast was great and the pool looked amazing. Unfortunately it rained mostly during our stay but Tommaso and Katia went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay and so we left with italian sunshine in our hearts :). Grazie mille, we 100% recommend staying here!

Apartment is amazing; very silent (at least during low season, October 2022). The entire resort is a great place. Owner and staff are helpful and responsive.

Beautiful, modern hotel, in a very good location, room overlooking the bay. Great spa area with saunas, pool overlooking the sea, and rooftop jacuzzi all make for a really relaxing stay at the hotel. We stayed just for one night so we didn't have time to use the spa, but the apatment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The hostess Monica was very helpful and patient with us. The apartment is just a very short walk from the beautiful centre of Aquileia and Foro Romano.
