The hotel is beautifully located above the bay of Zagare (or Mergoli). It has a lift that gives direct access to the private beach, which is the main reason to stay at this hotel. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The price is high but not unaffordable and at least for one night it is absolutely worth the experience.

Magnificent view and setting with great facilities including pools and spa. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and really well looked after during our stay. Great private beach just two minutes drive with sun loungers and umbrellas.

A great place for relaxing. Great breakfast and tasteful lunch and dinner. Loved the pool area with the bar. The shuttle bus to the beach was easy and quick but too short time period.

We came to San Giovanni Rotondo to visit St. Padre Pio Sanctuary, so this hotel was a great choice. The sanctuary is located just across the road from the hotel. It was just a short walk to everything we wanted to see, our breakfast was included which was lovely too. Staff were all friendly and welcoming also helpful. Previous to arrival we contacted the hotel & they helped us arrange our transfer to the hotel to & from the airport in Bari at a reasonable cost in comparison to online transfers.

We had an amazing time at San Marco in Lamis! The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The highlight for us was the fantastic breakfast; the staff gladly served scrambled eggs or omelette upon request, and the authentic Italian dinners were fresh and absolutely delicious. While they didn't have a pool, the large spa, complete with a sauna, more than made up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially indulging in massages with Gina and Arcangela. It's safe to say that those were the best massages my husband and I have ever experienced. We highly recommend booking a massage during your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at San Marco in Lamis, and we'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Italian getaway
