The location was extremely nice. It was in a residential complex and nice society. The breakfast was delicious and a wide variety to choose from. City tax was less. The view from the room was beautiful too. We could see the clouds crawling down the hill. There was free parking. The hotel has spa and salon services as well. The pool area was maintained and good to go sunbathing. Good quality bath soaps and shampoos. Instant hot water.

The staff from the pool area to the front desk were so friendly and kind. We arrived tired. We had let them know we had bicycles in advance which they treated as no big deal and organised storing them no trouble. They were so welcoming and very professional. I was so impressed by the service given it is such a grand hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is renovated, unique design that combines modern and old, with a lot of comfort and chic. The spa area is modern, with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), the sauna has a unique view of the forest, jacuzzi and free water and towels. It is very concerned with cleanliness and beauty - a unique view is the way the breakfast table is arranged. The staff is very diligent and polite. We felt taken care of and happy. For guest with cars - there is free parking opposite the hotel before the summer season.

I liked how the staff were available and nice , the location is great with free parking lot just 7 minutes away on foot. the spa was small yet intimate just like I wanted it.

The entire experience was exceptional. The rooms were perfect, the reception and house keeping staff were very helpful, personable and hospitable. Breakfasts and the dining room service were fantastic and food very tasty, with an excellent selection. We never ever felt under pressure to hurry our meals. The pools indoor and outdoor were great and just right. The shops were only a 10 minute walk away and there was free and safe car parking just opposite the hotel for our hired car. We can't recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you all at Bellavista.
