ChinaI had wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and so relaxed and quite, Food was great with lots of choices, beautiful swimming pool and SPA massage , the most stunning is their service TOP, everyone are so helpful and nice and even follow up tightly about you left them task. The room had a walk-in wardrobe and 2 armchairs giving us another place to relax other than the comfy bed. The thermal bath & saunas were perfect after a long day in Venice. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to reach Venice in about an hour. They also had a Tesla destination charger that could be used for 30€ per session. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. Food: is the highlight of the trip. I had breakfast and dinner, and everything was so unbelievably tasty! Pools, saunas and wellness: are the second highlight of the trip. All very clean and comfortable: soothing thermal water, aromatic hammam, professional massages.
