What a special place! Beautiful location immersed in the countryside but an easy drive to Alberbello, Locorotondo and the coast. We loved exploring the grounds, and meeting their horses, dogs and cats. Sleeping in our trullo was wonderful. Lovely decor, comfortable bed and spa bath. Great breakfast. The couple who runs Materiis are friendly, and welcoming. They also gave us great suggestions for visiting the area. We hope to go back!

The acommodation is excellent to stay in Alberobello. In the apartment are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and a leaving room. The guest was very nice and communicative. For sure will come back here ❤️

Overall, our stay at this charming and cozy trullo home was absolutely delightful. Situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to all attractions, it provided us with the perfect base for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, the host and staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Nora went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, coordinating our arrival via WhatsApp and even picking us up from the bus station on a rainy day, which was greatly appreciated. Her assistance didn't stop there, as she also arranged luggage storage for us after checkout, demonstrating a level of hospitality that truly enhanced our experience. The trullo itself was a unique and memorable experience, beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were provided with everything we could need, including toiletries and fresh towels, and the shower was particularly impressive. Additionally, the host ensured we were well-informed about the property upon arrival, offering detailed instructions and readily available assistance for any questions or concerns. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail provided by Nora and the staff.
