Wonderful, peaceful and calm setting. Nice clean, simple rooms. Excellent restaurant where we ate both nights we stayed, the best food and service on our trip so far (and we’ve been in Taormina and Syracuse already). Good swimming pool with nice surroundings and shade. Close to Noto, with a good, albeit narrow & winding road.

The design & layout & high quality finishes were wonderful. Very fresh. Its also quiet. This apartment is at the same level as Centro Noto so it's easy to walk along through this very attractive town. The hostess was wonderful and helpful, I wish her well.

The entire place is amazing. I felt very welcomed, there was a great choice for breakfast. The staff that served us were always very smiley and happy. Unfortunately me and my husband fell ill during the stay but the staff were very good and informative - gave us directions to the nearest pharmacy and tried to help us as much as possible with what they had in their first aid box. The entire place is peaceful and clean, we were sad to leave.

We loved everything about this accommodation. We’ve been to Italy many times and travelled across Sicily too and this is one of the best places we’ve ever had. The property is new and the owners put a lot of work in to keeping the standards high. Sebastiano is out cleaning the beautiful pool area every morning while you enjoy fresh locally sourced food for breakfast. The team of polite and friendly ladies make sure breakfast is how you like it and then begin cleaning the rooms afterwards, they do a great job. Sebastiano gave me his phone number and told me to contact him any time for help, when I asked him for a corkscrew he was there in minutes! I never leave reviews but felt that Villa Carmiano deserves it, we had a fantastic week.

Beautiful location near Noto and the Vendicari nature reserve. Good spot for exploring the Syracuse region by car. Loved the jacuzzi and comfortable bed, great for relaxing after a busy day. Room was clean and well equipped. Recommended to see the beautiful Tellaro Roman mosaics next door.

Fully renovated with some additional bungalows, the place is really charming sit in the middle of lemon trees. All staff are really pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is just excellent with a large choice of local wines. Dishes are all to die for. And, exceptionally I tried their pizzas; just the best I had recently. The beach is not too far and accessible with bicycles available for free. I can only recommend this place.
