The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the magic of Venice and the staff. Gloria was wonderful and our dog Diego was happy with the treatment and gifts. We also had wonderful moments at Cipriani. Our Croatian part of the Adriatic is better for swimming, but the Cipriani resort is a vacation for the soul and pleasure.

1)Mr Selim the owner is making sure the hotel is run at the highest standard. 2)The private island of San Clemente provides top tranquility and privacy minutes away from the center. 3)Very nice historical church and beautiful lush gardens surround the hotel. 4)The hotel itself is a palace, amazing floor to ceiling height, spacious rooms and suites. 5)Aquarello restaurant is certainly better than the old Buddha bar. 6)Most importantly very good concierge and staff overall.
