This was a great stay, very little detail was perfect from the lovely smell of the reed diffusers in the bathroom to how well the kitchen was equipped! The bed was cosy and everything was nearly arranged for our arrival. The jacuzzi was nice and warm and the host had even switched on the relaxing music for us. The host’s communication was great with all of the instructions on how to enter the property too. We had some nice breakfast food left ready for us and a good selection of coffee. The jacuzzi is set up in the basement below and is all self contained into the property and private. Great stay!

Exceptional accommodation in a historic house where Pope Innocenzo VIII stayed. Every detail is taken care of in the house. I really liked how the lady owner was able to give new life to old things. Ultra comfortable bed. Mrs. Barbara - that's capital in itself. An exceptional and educated woman who loves art and history. Thank you Barbara for always being helpful and kind to me. The suite was excellent, very clean, large with a view to the main garden. The staff changed our towels daily and prepared a full breakfast buffet for all tastes. The location is also excellent as it's close to the Terme dei Papi (the hotel also offers a ferry service to and from the springs) and also very close to Viterbo. We used it as a base to explore the region for which it was perfectly located. We would definitely book again.

Location is great. Just in de middle of the historic center. Place was spotless and we loved it that there was a big sleeping couch for our daughter. There were fans. Hot shower and fridge. Great host with good advice were to go and helpful with finding save and cool parking.
