The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!

This is an exceptional hotel that makes discovering Kobe and the region very comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus from the Shinkansen station and also from the city center. The prices are affordable, breakfast on the 30th floor is a must. Definitely recommended.

A lovely and very welcoming hotel, surprisingly easy to reach by train from Kansai airport. The onsen is fabulous, and breakfast superb. We would stay here again.

Room is clean and the view is amazing. Overlooking the hills, city, and the ocean on the horizon. Didn't order breakfast. Location is strategic. Very near to Shinkansen train station, the waterfall, and Takenaka museum.
