The hotel is very beautiful. Even looks nicer than on the picture. The location is alright. Needs a bit of walk from the station but not too far. The staff and service are great as what you always expected in Japan.

Everything was meticulous, incredible, wonderful beyond description. The rooftop terrace and onsens were an incredible bonus.

Very friendly staff and an excellent position of the hotel. Breakfast has a good selection of foods. Very nice and comfy rooms.

The room was very spacious compared to all other hotels we stayed in Japan. Pillows were the most comfortable ones as well. I really loved the pajamas pants, super comfy! Breakfast was good although there wasn't much variety.
