Great facilities. Female & male onsen swap on each day, so that we can try different onsen. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. They offer free ice pops and Yakult at the common area so that you can cool down after onsen. Rooms with balcony and private onsen are wonderful. Shower is hot enough. Overall cleanliness of the room is good.

Just perfect gorgeous our girlie s trip just abit away from ginza old town..but is a very cute and unique hotel..oh one point on China doll japanese hair receptionist was not that nice nor helpful.the rest are absolute amazing especially the guy from front desk and he worked at the wine bar as chef..amazing service and food..
