Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The location is superb. In front of Fuji San from every room and floor! Nearby towns has everything from restaurants to convini's. And it's all in an electric bike distance which you can borrow in place. beautiful interiors and cozy feeling.

Gorgeous hotel, the rooms are very clean and quite big, with a beautiful ensuite. We had a view of My Fuji from our window. The staff were super accomodating

The room was beautiful and well kept, it was a very cool experience for Americans who have never seen a traditional Japanese style accommodation. The view of Mount Fuji from the roof was worth the walk up the stairs and the Onsen was clean and beautiful. Also when you check in the lake front viewing area with snacks was just the place to warm up and watch the beautiful area.

The hotel staff were very attentive and our stay was very comfortable and private. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the private onsen where our young kids got to experience the onsen for the first time as well.
