Nice room and good location. You can see playing monkeys from your terrace and you get really good breakfast shame we didn’t have a dinner I believe it would be great also.

So beatiful and calmly place. Lake area is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Staff is helpful and friendly in every way. We booked at first only one night, but the we extended for 3 more days. Rooms were quiet big and comfortable. Clean and the food was ok, but not that special like we got in the rest of the country.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It had strong water pressure with hot water, and great air-con. It says ‘Eric~South Korea’ I guess because I’m here now. I’m from California and I’ve traveled 126 countries. I was very sick when I arrived at the hotel. I slept long time. When I woke up, I came out and the first thing they did was offer to bring breakfast at 11:30am on several plates. That never happened to me in Cal., any other state in my country, and no other time in these other countries, except this place. When was the last time you were offered the complimentary breakfast at 11:30am?!

We are so happy. It was a beautiful stay. The family are so friendly and peaceful. The room is clean and the size exelent. The breakfast is traditional and tasty. You can also enjoy a traditional dinner with exelent taste in there small reataurent. The family is very helpfull. They explain you about the options in Dambulla and the citys around. They can also provide exelent traditional massage for fair price. The is good. This guesthouse is a great option and they will provide alot of happines and service. Thank you so much for everything.

Everything was clean. Even a hot shower was available, fantastic! Rooms are very modern. Host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location to visit the Cave Temples on foot, and a walk to Bindunu Wewa Lake at sunset is also recommended. The house is surrounded by greenery in an extremely peaceful setting, and the stay includes a truly delicious dinner prepared by the host in the form of a cooking class. Very friendly people, new rooms, very clean!! We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. We can't get our heads around the bad reviews they got, but probably people need something to complain about these days. HIGHLY recommended!
