The scenery within the property is breathtaking, like something straight out of Jumanji. Every tropical tree you can imagine, hills, running water and a rice pattie. The location was perfect for us, only a 10 min walk to Ella town but far enough that it felt like you were in the hills. The staff were a highlight, too. They go out of their way to make your stay authentic and pleasurable. Very, very nice people.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The view of the small Ravana Waterfalls is absolutely breathtaking — truly unforgettable and worth being a little outside the center (which is just a short tuk-tuk ride away). The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. I only stayed for one night, but as soon as I arrived I wished I had booked longer. The family who owns the place is warm and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The Cozy Forest is a beautiful relaxing solution if you want to spend some days in Ella. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. The host was very kind, helped us on any request we had and explained what to do in the days we were there. The position is a little outside of Ella but in a few minute in tuk tuk is possible to easily reach the city center. To be out of the city is a huge advantage because is quiet.

Really friendly hosts, who gave us tea and snacks on arrival. Beautiful view from the lookout hut. The beds had nice thick blankets as a warm option which we really appreciated! Very clean and great value also outnof the way of loud places in Ella so not noisy at night!

The location is outside of Ella, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere with incredible views that are absolutely worth it. The host is super kind and always happy to help with his own tuk-tuk for a very reasonable price. During afternoon rain, you can enjoy a delicious homemade dinner at the property for a great price.
