The guesthouse was extraordinary, much space and quiet. But the main advantage was personality.

Everything! Amazing location with great views - we watched the sunset from our room. Staff were all very friendly and polite, very accommodating, we went during low season so we were the only guests and they arranged breakfast lunch and dinner whenever we wanted. All the food was delicious and such huge portions! One of the days we had a private guide drive us to various view points in the area and reception organised our taxi from the airport and to our next location and everything went very smoothly.

Room was amazing, the staff helped in staying back and keeping the restaurant open till my guests finish dinner and drinks.

Celestial Hills is located at the stunning natural beauty of Kandy. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists and staff were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. I really loved the private plunge pool and the mountains views.

Surrounded by pristine landscapes, the property is immaculately maintained, with stunning gardens, flowering plants, and breathtaking mountain views in every direction. The air is fresh, the atmosphere peaceful—it’s the perfect escape from the busy world. One of the standout features of the resort is the infinity pool, offering a surreal experience as you swim above the forest canopy with panoramic views of the misty hills stretching endlessly beyond. I found myself returning to this spot every morning and evening—each moment more magical than the last. As part of their offering, the hotel provides a free guided tour around the surrounding area, which is a must. Walking through the tea gardens and forest paths, discovering the local flora and fauna, and soaking in the serene beauty of nature made me fall even more in love with this place. The restaurant deserves a five-star rating of its own. The food was consistently outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Yatawara for his incredible hospitality and service. He went above and beyond to make each meal a delight, and his warmth made every dining experience feel personal and memorable.

Mahesh and his family were wonderful. I think I had the best cup of tea I have ever had. The room was comfy and clean. We loved our stay, we could not recommend it more.

Beautiful place, well maintained, luxurious, and spacious. The whole place is well maintained with a beautiful garden, and the interior decor is stunning. Unfortunately, we could not able to use the swimming pool, which is well maintained as well. The breakfast served is really impressive. The staff is so helpful with fulfilling our needs. Arranged laundry service for us which is very helpful.
