It’s a new built one! We wanted someplace modern with sleepy town vibes of midigama. And this didn’t disappoint us. It is a pvt studio sorts with a portch, garden and our own rooftop. Pramit the host was super helpful with scooters and other recommendations!

Very nice, calm and beautiful place, we had a great time there, on the middle of green jungle, garden, we saw a lot of birds. The staff and all people are very helpful and nice, there is a beautiful swimming pool with unforgettable view. Tasty food, coffee, nice houses in the heart of the forest and trees. Hope to return to Hillcrest for spending best vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The family hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious and very clean.It’s also perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach, with nice view from the balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. Tri is an incredible place to stay. The area is incredibly beautiful and quiet, boasting an amazing pool and a perfect location for a getaway. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered the most breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly helpful and even surprised me with a cake on my birthday! We had the best experience and would definitely recommend and return. The only thing worth mentioning is that it's quite challenging to reach the place by car because the roads are unpaved. However, the staff helped us with everything we needed, including arranging a tuktuk that took us to a restaurant. - Michal.

Me and my partner are frequent travelers, but also in comparison to many other hotels, we were staying at, Tabula Rasa Resort ist definetely in top 3. Amazing attention to details: starting from the service of the stuff, ending with how clean, well-thought and stylish the hotel is. The stuff deserves special thank you: we were provided with EVERYTHING we were just thinking about: the scooter, motorcycle, information about the wanted tours or help with the tours we planned by ourself. The Transfer-Guy who was organized by the hotel to bring us was late for 1 hour due to traffic: as a compensation we got free head massage. The guy in the restaurant came earlier 2 times (at 5:30!!) just to serve us two early breakfast and coffee. Even when in the beginning of our stay it was just two of us in the hotel they did the maximum program: with music, atmosphere, service, beautiful lights in the hotel. It is definetely a 5-star experience and service and we would definitely recommend the hotel to all of the people coming to Sri Lanka. And big thank you for the owners (if the sprites are true dutch architect and designer;) for making the hotel exclusively beautiful.

A substantial and delicious breakfast served at a convenient time. The premises are impeccably clean, the rooms are well-designed, and the air conditioning is excellent. The location is outstanding—close to the beach, shops (including those selling alcohol!), and situated in the city center. The staff is exceptionally friendly.
