This hotel exceeded our expecations by a very long mile! The room was very cosy, clean and the Villa itself is situated on a more quiet street, but still close to one of the restaurant streets. The included breakfast is served in another hotel of the same owner and had a variety of local and western options. We were especially impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the young receptionist at the Villa :)

Well. It's quiet place. Pretty close to the sea. Very clean , owners are friendly, always smiling, redy to help. We asked for a dinner and it was absolutely perfectIf. I would definetly recommend this place.

We needed a quiet place with a swimming pool for 2 days before leaving to the Bandaranaike international airport. We found the host Mr Livera was truly one of the most friendly and helpful . Our departure was still 4 am, the taxis were really too expensive at 1.30 am, Mr Livera accompanied us to the airport so kindly for a very modest price. The little hotel is a beautiful jewel, brand new, we were the first guests. Very clean bed linen, comfy beds , had a great sleep. Bathroom is all modern and clean. The pool and the sun beds are a blessing, the spool shower is fab. Soap is provided bring your own shampoo and body wash. This is a small hotel, the chef makes super tasty food, what we requested was done. The photos don't show the true beauty of this place. Highly recommended for your arrival chill out before you head for your vacation or before your departure. There are many ships and restaurants near by. I highly recommend Serendib pub and restaurant a few meters from the main road. We had the pleasure in meeting Mr livera's wife and their lovely son 🥰 Thank you!!! We'll return for sure next year!!!

It was the cleanest room we had in Sri Lanka. very close to the beach, restaurants and shops, pool at the rooftop is awesome. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Great place to chill out for few night after or before flight. Breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious.
