The location is great. Very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk but they also provide a transfer. The staff is so friendly and explains everything in detail. We liked that umbrellas and sunbeds were provided and that the hotel offers a garage which is convenient. We had the Villa Sea view room which was amazing! Such a pretty view, big room and comfortable bed, fairly new facilities and everything was clean. We highly recommend this place!

Great place, near by the coast. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The pool area is cool, great alternative of the sea. The hotel restaurant as well the alacarte restaurant is perfect, food is qualitative.

We stayed at Hotel Zeta in Budva from May 7th to 9th, and had an exceptional experience. We booked a Premium Room — it was spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The beds were extra large, with crisp white linens that smelled fresh and felt luxurious. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. We were given a menu and assumed we would choose one item each, but instead, they served us everything on the menu: muesli, omelets, fresh fruit salad, vegetable salad, a generous basket of warm breads and croissants, unique spreads, and more. The hotel is located right on the seaside promenade (boardwalk), offering breathtaking views — truly a little piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

everything was great! the food is surprisingly tasty, a wonderful dinner (drinks for a fee of course), 5 minutes from the sea, there is a playground on the territory of the hotel. The hotel itself is after a thorough renovation, everything is fresh and clean.
