This place is paradise! We have never been on Maldives before. And first time was great: beautiful views, polite stuff, tasty food (a lot of fish dishes). It was our honeymoon and it was a great decision to spend it here.

This was an amazing holiday with family, first time we choose not resort hotel but in local island and it was so good value for money.

The view from the room is truly one of a kind. The room has been decorated in good style and the hotel property in general is a beautiful place to be, be it on the rooftop or by the restaurants. It’s a mere 45 mins by speedboat from Male airport, but you can also take public ferry as it’s much cheaper and worth it for the experience. I would come again and recommend it to others, the property was a highlight of our trip to the Maldives.

The staff makes everything easy! The take care of your belongings and make sure you have all you need from airport to hotel. Room was big enough and bed comfortable, location is great and good food. Breakfast just exact, served in buffet, lunch and dinner with a satisfying menu with local and international dishes.

I had an amazing stay. Shumaila and their friends were so warm, friendly and helpful, they were so good!!! Because of Ramadan, there was no dinner service till 7pm, but they prepared food for me, also shared their food, its so meaningful for me <3 Beautiful view in front of the hotel, very good location. I strongly recommend Portia Hotel! :)

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. We booked the hotel’s transfer service for our journey to and from the island, and it was incredibly convenient. A hotel representative met us at the airport, kindly assisting with our luggage and ensuring a smooth transition onto the boat. Upon arrival at the island, another friendly staff member greeted us at the harbor, providing organized fee-free transport for us and our luggage to the property, where we were welcomed with refreshments. This level of personalized attention truly stood out, reflecting the staff and management’s commitment to making guests feel valued and at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with an high standard of cleanliness. A special thanks to Shameem, whose dedication and outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable—his passion for his work is evident in every detail. He and the entire team were incredibly warm, cheerful, and always ready with a smile, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. Another highlight of our stay was the hotel’s diving center. The communication with the diving team was smooth and effortless- a big shoutout to Humaam, Arusham & Sumin- they were incredibly accommodating to our requests and endless questions. Needles to say that their support and patience during water activities were especially appreciated, particularly by those of us with less experience. Overall, our time at the hotel was absolutely splendid. A huge THANK YOU to the entire team for the flawless organization and for making our dream vacation a reality. We can’t wait to return!

So kind staff aways with a smile every day. We will come back next time. Our waiter was so kind and professional. Food was tasty even for our child. The manager of the hostel responds directly.... Some tips... book your speed boat from hotel so you will avoid extra charges. Also I suggest the all inclusive package so you can enjoy except the tasty food brekfast lunch dinner also the facilities of the hotel with Snorkeling with turtles, sunset with dolphins and Sandbank trip. Also every time what u need extra facilities speak with the manager to arrange better prices. Finally ask the waiter the menu of customers which is extra to enjoy sea food in better prices.. General the island is expensive especially for souvenirs and food out of the hotel. Once more Thank you all for the hospitality

Comfy bed and shower with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea view. The room is spacious with minimal design, super clean and quiet. The hotel is right next to the beach, great location! Amazing staff, especially Sanjay, cheerful and helpful with everything. The property consists of a beach area to relax, hammocks and a treehouse on the shore <3

We had an amazing stay at Kuda. The resort itself is perfect and the beach villa was also amazing! The people working there are the best that we met in some resort so far. Especially huge thanks to Amu who was our dedicated point of contact in the resort. He is such a great person and super responsible/reliable. He is definitely a perfect example of a person that could be a great manager with his professional attitude. Also, we would like to mention people from restaurants, especially Mohammad in The Restaurant and Irshad at the East restaurant. They made our stay even more amazing. We would definitely come back to the same resort.
