If you want to get away from people, then this is the best place to do it. We have booked bungalow with access to the beach, which was perfect solution. Although we had neighbours, there was enough space for everyone and you could really relax on your own. Staff was very friendly and super helpful (my friend got a bit of sunburn and she was offered help immediately). Airport transfer was organized smoothly. We did arrive very late and we were greated with cold drink and supper. Bed was very big and comfortable. We have also used spa, yet another relaxing element of our stay. We are wery happy with Makunudu experience!

Nice island, and a lot to see around the corals. It was a positive surprise that we received snorkellonh set for our stay. We really liked the food selection which was made by a la carte menu. All inclusive came with some quality drinks. Property was clean, friendly and helpful staff, quality equipment in the gym. Absolutely recommended for a calm holiday.

Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

We rarely take the time with my wife to leave an evaluation on booking for the hotels we book but given the excellence of this establishment we are obliged to do so! We have rarely seen such a quality service! Thank you to Asif, Makua and Mahmoud for contributing to this wonderful moment. The Villas on stilts are incredible, the impeccable room cleaning service not to mention the restaurants where the food is excellent. Until the deposit of our luggage on the plane for our return, we were accompanied by staff who did not hesitate to wait as long as we did at the airport for boarding. In short, we highly recommend this hotel which deserves its success on Booking!

From pick up to drop off we were looked after well. All the staff went above and beyond to look after us. Facilities are great. Having the snorkeling equipment and a house reef is a real bonus. All inclusive package is great.

Excellent choice of breakfast and evening meals in the Celcius Restaurant. Beautiful, peaceful resort, a slice of paradise. Fabulous spa and spa treatments. Despite not diving/snorkelling we saw lots of fish, sharks and stingrays. We loved that it was so warm all through our stay. ( high twenties) Helpful and knowledge staff. Bonus having tea/coffee making facilities in the apartment.
