Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing to start with, our host Shamaau was there At hand everyone we needed him, the staff at the buffet were just as good, always making sure you had everything you need. Also the food was really really good for a buffet. The island was beautiful, had enough to do to keep you busy. Our 10th wedding anniversary trip in Furaveri was perfect. The nature framework of the hotel and the staff members made our stay wonderful. People like Monir in the restaurant, Modex in room service and Mr Kumar (among others) were always there to serve and advise us with a smile on their face. The villa, the pool and the outsides were always clean and well decorated further enhancing the natural beauty of the island. The food in the restaurant and all the services offered by the hotel were amazing. We hope returning soon with our family.

The restaurants were all very nice, with very good food and friendly staff. The beaches were beautiful, white sand with no debris inside, clear waters with fish even close to the shore, very good snorkelling experiences. There weren't many people on the beach, and you could easily find some lonely corners. We brought our own snorkelling gear, but the resort offers snorkelling gear for free of charge for the duration of your stay. The villa we stayed in was very clean and well equipped, and the house keeping service was top notch, coming twice a day to clean (with a nice smell) and make the beds etc. Also, the minibar got refilled each day. There were plenty of various activities included in the all-inclusive package around the resort, including some boat trips. The island was quite big, you could walk from one side to another in around 15-20 minutes (if you have a fast pace). There are also buggy-cars which are going around the island, but the frequency varies depending on the time of the day. We didn't mind walking from one point to the other, though. We usually enjoy a 15-minute walk after dinner. The inner jungle was very nice, and there is a "jungle walk" where you can see all sorts of plants and coconut palm trees. If you miss lunch or breakfast, there are alternatives in-between eating times: the pizza place; bars with sandwiches and snacks. The staff was very friendly everywhere and they tried to accomodate almost all of our wishes. I suggest you keep in mind to have a small tipping budget to give thanks to the staff, because they are all kind. If you liked Dory from "Finding Nemo" - you'll see plenty of Dory fish when snorkelling :)

Everything about our stay was perfect!! We loved our sunset beach pool villa!! The staff were great, very polite and helpful with anything you may want!! The resort and the island is just beautiful and the place is so serene, so you can relax and enjoy your holidays to the fullest!! Totally recommend it!!

I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Especially: the pool area, the over water lagoon villas, the staff, the new chillout area (opened 18 November 2023!), the size of the island was perfect, the room was spacious, the bathroom.
