Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The scenery on the island is very natural. The white beach and black reefs are very beautiful, and the service staff is very warm.

Hats off Makunudu is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, better than tons of 5 star hotels! And miles away better than Summer Island just next to it. The personnel, customer focused enabled by only having 36 rooms but not being boring, the food is outstanding.

Nice island, and a lot to see around the corals. It was a positive surprise that we received snorkellonh set for our stay. We really liked the food selection which was made by a la carte menu. All inclusive came with some quality drinks. Property was clean, friendly and helpful staff, quality equipment in the gym. Absolutely recommended for a calm holiday.

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I just can't help but thank this resort for an unforgettable vacation. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A beautiful small island, a luxurious villa located in such a way that you feel private, and just a wonderful team of professionals who will do everything to make you enjoy your vacation. From housekeeping service whith high-quality room cleaning 2 times a day (specially choosing the moment when you are away in the room so as not to disturb), our hostess Mirgul, to the main management of the resort, who left the most pleasant impressions! We would like to express special gratitude to the kitchen and the main chef, your food is amazing! And all the restaurant staff for their well-coordinated work and professionalism, especially Liton, Dayanara, Madhu and Hassan, thank you!

Our family really enjoyed the time we stay at OBLU Sangeli. The list of foot and drinks were good. The main pool is large enough for my kid and me really enjoy. We had a really great time there and would like to revisit the resorts.

Excellent choice of breakfast and evening meals in the Celcius Restaurant. Beautiful, peaceful resort, a slice of paradise. Fabulous spa and spa treatments. Despite not diving/snorkelling we saw lots of fish, sharks and stingrays. We loved that it was so warm all through our stay. ( high twenties) Helpful and knowledge staff. Bonus having tea/coffee making facilities in the apartment.

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and just as a wonderful and perfect. Had the pleasure to visit several resorts and if want small, quiet and serene even in high season (but utterly special in lower density mid seasons), 30 min transfer from Male on sea plane and 5 min boat, limited kid noise given no kids club, amazing house reefs for snorkelling, first class eurodiver operation with 6/7 of the best dive sites in the Maldives within 45mins on a great boat with a truly great team, world class food and spa, a personal expression by the local Maldivian owner with genuinely first class personal management and service teams, there is no need to spend €1k plus per day at the busy and hyped brand resorts when this individual and perfect offering exists. We extended 6 days after 2 weeks to enjoy a little more…family feel and way they treat their staff means the service you receive is just sublime. Over water villas are just lovely and beach are quieter, do both if you can. Thank you Nazeer, Fira, Basil, rest of bar and restaurant teams, gardening team, Dora, Sajeith, boat crews and for making this our truly special home from home.
