We liked everything, it was definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Nepal! All the staff are extremely kind and always willing to help. They picked us up from the bus station, greeted us with a welcome drink and helped us book our bus back to Kathmandu. A special mention goes to Milan who was a exceptional, always very friendly and attentive and he made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything, thank you :) The area is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view on the mustard field and a few minutes walk to the center. They also have a super nice pool and a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

Surrounded by greenery, Sapana Village Lodge is a 01-minute drive from Sauraha City Centre and provides complimentary transport service to and from the lodge.

A gem of a hotel. The staff, the facilities, the room, the food. Without a doubt, the experience in Chitwan would have been different if we had not booked the Sapana Village. Best of all is the development project and sustainability programs they have. We did the Safari directly with them, all well explained and guided and we were lucky to see even a Tiger. We will miss this stay very much! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel!!

I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
