If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

This is a genuine 5 star hotel in a very secure quite location. The hotel bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and the room I had, had a balcony and terrace. Unlike some modern hotels which have claustrophobic bedrooms where the windows do not open, and there is no access to fresh air, the bedrooms at Los Incas felt natural and good for ones wellbeing. All the staff were very helpful , especially Andres in reception and Alexander the breakfast waiter.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Great variety of fruits and bread. They offer dishes like Eggs bennedict. Service is great. All staff speak very good English. Bed is really confortable, room is spacious, view is great. All perfect! Above expectations.

It’s excellent for the location, one can walk across the bridge and arrive the hotel. It’s convenient and save time when your flight arrive late and you want to rest asap. I would like to thank for the staff - Miguel who helped not only the luggage but also translate English to Spanish to the driver. Thanks also for the lady (forgot to ask her name! But she checked in for me on the night 13th Jan around 7pm)on the front desk, she is helpful not only to find my booking (cos someone mixed up the last name and first name) but also fixed my name on my next hotel booking initiatively.
