We like the unique old style house, garden out front to sit and enjoy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is convenient to have the restaurant next door with value for money with generous portions in a relaxing environment. It is our go to hotel when in Tacloban. I have lost count of how many times we have been here now.

Im going to recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Loved the food, the facilities and service. The massage is highly recommended. Next time ill stay longer there so i can enjoy more of the spa and massage. Great job front desk and room service. The food in the hotel is excellent.

staff very helpful and friendly as it seems to be the norm in the Philippines. we tried the buffet for lunch in the restaurant. let S just say that I needed guidance as to what was what in the buffet,but a discovery of new things and tastes was on the menu.Very good value for money,but limit your food waste or you get charged which is fair I think.Remember not everybody has food in the philippines

    The room was really nice. Large comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. The flush toilet had toilet paper which may not be the norm here. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Western or Philippine. The staff were amazing. The in-room Swedish massage was fantastic. 1 hour for ~ $9 US. Dinner at the 2 restaurants on the 8th and 9th floor was very good also.

    Excellent service and great massage! Breakfast was okay but sadly no option to have more than one topping on oatmeal even if I'd pay extra.

    We liked everything! The location, room, dining area, pool & staff. Everything was perfect! Shout out to Rochelle & Jackie for a great service. The massage was absolutely RELAXING!!!
