Extremely friendly staff of the hotel, good location, cleanliness at the level, and I would especially highlight the SPA section with an extremely good sports massage that I had by Mrs. Bogdanka Zec. Mrs. Zec combined all the best through her experiences and work on cruise ships, transoceanic ones, so she took the best from all parallels and meridians and made an exceptional personal skill out of it. EXTREMELY GOOD!!! For any recommendation - when I come anywhere within a radius of 100 km, I will stay in this hotel, because of all the above, and especially because of the massage by Mrs. Zec.

The staff were incredible, really went above and beyond and helpful beyond words. The breakfast every morning was a delightful spread of local Serbian food and wasn't lacking at all. I've stayed in alot of hotels and I would put this up there with 5 star. For the price and the service I wouldn't stay anywhere else whenever in novi sad. 10/10

It’s exquisite, living like royalty , everything was sparkling clean , old furniture but it just adds to the flavour of a palace , bed was comfortable , queen size but very comfortable . The staff was awesome always smiling , always helpful . The location 100/10 best place in town . Great stay all in all !
