Location is perfect, room was newly renovated with everything you need. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room (I guess during to my boyfriend’s birthday) and it was big and comfortable. We didn’t hear noise from outside nor from the neighbors. Breakfast was pretty good for 4stars hotel, I don’t understand other complaints.

A lovely apartment in a very quiet part of the city, about 20 min walk from the centre. We were there during a heat wave, but the apartment was cool and didn't need the available air-con. Our host, Branko, was very welcoming, informative, and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Despite we knew from reviews that this hotel is superb, the reality nevertheless exceeded our expectations both in terms of location, breakfast and services in general. The host, Marko, was extremely friendly and welcoming, ready to help at any time. The floor heating was good, and kept us warm during cold Ljubljana nights. I visited a nearby Faculty for business reasons, and this apartment was perfect because my place of work was well within walking distance. There is enough parking near the apartment.
