He was on point with everything – from recommending tourist spots to providing super quick responses and timely services. Jay made our stay smooth and enjoyable! **THE ROOM:** I've stayed in many luxurious villas, but this was something else. We opted for a seaview room, and it was a game-changer. High privacy, soaring ceilings, and a private pool – it's a must-try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! **SMART TOUCHES:** These folks are attentive! They noticed it was for a birthday celebration just by checking our passports during check-in. Talk about being observant! **LOCATION:** The hotel is conveniently close to the old market, just a 20-minute Grab ride away. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. **BEACH ACCESS:** Fancy a quick trip to the beach? The hotel arranges a buggie to take you directly there. Super nice service, and it's all about the little luxuries! **FOOD:** Let's talk about the food because it deserves a shoutout. It's common for hotels with great facilities to skimp on the food, but not here. Every meal was delicious – a foodie's paradise! **THE BED:** As someone super picky about beds, I can honestly say I had some of the best nights' sleep here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were just so smooth. **TIP:** Definitely go for the seaview room with the private pool. It elevates the whole experience!

Absolutely incredible. Beautiful rooms and pool and hotel. Lovely experience, gorgeous private beach, they have thought of everything. Lots of little extras and attention to detail. Staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and lots of choice. Loved the juicer. Room was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The friendliness of the staff, amenities, cleanliness and breakfast, it was delivered and served well. Panwa and colleagues really went above beyond with helping us in every way, our kids loves them too!
